I know that deciding to invest in a life coaching series is a BIG commitment. That’s why I offer a complimentary 30 minute, no pressure phone call. This gives us a chance to chat, get to know each other a little more and to make sure that coaching is something that can support you. All you need to to do is email me at hello@issiefreeman.com and we can book in a time to speak to each other.

1-1 LIFE COACHING SERIES & PRICING;
I offer series of 1 month, 3 months or 6 months
1 month series
1 month of 1-1 coaching. This includes;
Questionnaire - powerful questions getting to the heart of the area you would like to work on
a 75 minute goal setting session
2 x 45 minute sessions - one half way through the month and one at the end.
Email / voice-note support throughout the month
The sessions can be held via Skype, phone or in person if you are local to Bury St Edmunds
COST: £240 (pay in full or £120 a month for 2 months)
This is a great option for a chance to check-in, pause and reflect on an area of your life you are feeling stuck in; perhaps you want to make peace with the negative thoughts whirring around your mind; revitalise a creative project, set the foundation for a beautiful self care practice or make a decision from a place of intuition with the support of a life coach; this is the perfect place to start.
3 Month Series
3 months of 1-1 coaching. This includes;
Questionnaire - powerful questions getting to the heart of the area you would like to work on
a 90 minute goal setting session
5 x 60 minute sessions every two weeks
Email / voice-note support throughout
The sessions can be held via Skype, phone or in person if you are local to Bury St Edmunds
COST; £600 (pay in full or £120 a month for 5 months)
This is a wonderful option to explore the stories and limiting beliefs that are holding you back from feeling fulfilled, excited and expansive in your life. Equipping you with the tools to support yourself way, way beyond the end of the coaching series. We work on 2 - 3 goals over a 3 month period.
6 Month Series
6 months of 1-1 coaching. This includes;
Questionnaire - powerful questions getting to the heart of the area you would like to work on
a 90 minute goal setting session
11 x 60 minute sessions every two weeks
Email / voice-note support throughout
The sessions can be held via Skype, phone or in person if you are local to Bury St Edmunds
COST; £1200 (pay in full or £120 a month for 10 months)
Let’s delve deep! Over 6 months we can really explore the stories and limiting belief that repeatedly play out and hold you back. I can support you as you live and move through them. We work on 2-3 goals over a 6 month period. Truly transformational work.
