What Life Coaching is

  • As a Life Coach I provide a safe and supportive space where we discuss and clarify what improvements you would like to make in your life.

  • Through the use of powerful and thought-provoking questions we will create inspiring and positive goals. I will support you as you take manageable but challenging steps from where you are now to where you want to be.

  • The work we do won't involve quick fixes or radical transformations (a popular Life Coaching myth in my opinion!) but rather we will delve deep and re-discover the true you buried beneath restrictive stories, limiting beliefs and heavy expectations. In this way the work we do together creates long lasting and sustainable change.

  • The series requires a commitment and willingness from you to step out of your comfort zone and challenge long held beliefs you have held about you and your life; but the rewards are great and well, well worth it ...and you'll have me by your side for the wild, wonderful and life-affirming journey!

What Life Coaching is not

  • Life Coaching is not counselling / psychotherapy – we do not delve deep into your past to address past trauma.

  • Life Coaching is not for anyone experiencing clinical anxiety, depression or experiencing any other kind of mental, emotional or psychological issue that requires therapeutic support.

  • As a Life Coach I will not tell you what to do or give you advice in the way a mentor / consultant might. I am here to support, encourage and expertly guide you to find the answers within you.

  • I will not support you as a friend would. I will be supportive, cheer you on and care deeply whilst holding an impartial role and holding you lovingly accountable to your actions and goals.
