- being the ‘good girl’ (believing you must be quiet, neat, reliable, show no anger, please others, hide your own needs) 

 - the negative self-talk (that says things like; ‘I’m too sensitive / a failure / rubbish’, ‘I’m not good enough’, ‘what if this is the wrong decision?’, ‘what will they think?!’)

- the pressure to be more, do more, rush, push, hustle

- feeling stuck, standing at the sidelines, like your life is on hold

For too long you’ve been stuck; desperately wanting to find focus & direction within the internal chaos and overwhelm. People see you as the calm one, the reliable one, that you’ve got it all together.

For years I lived in a state of overwhelm and disconnection from the things that brought me joy. Slowly I found tools and practices that supported me and now I love nothing more than supporting women on their self discovery journey to create a nurturing, nourishing and creative toolkit so they too can support themselves to find creativity, self compassion and joy in the everyday.
