Join us for a fun and engaging Introduction to Block Printing Workshop with Issie from The Everyday Creative.
This workshop is perfect for anyone interested in exploring their creativity and learning the basics of block printing with lino.
Experienced instructor, Issie from The Everyday Creative will guide you through the process, teaching you how to carve & print your own unique design to take home.
No prior experience is necessary, so whether you're a complete beginner or already have a creative practice, this workshop is perfect for you!
Plenty of support & 1-1 guidance is offered by Issie throughout the session.

Please note;
- All printing materials will be provided, however if you have a design in mind ahead of the session please feel free to bring some references :)
- Printing can get messy!, so you may want to bring an apron OR wear clothes you don't mind potentially getting a little bit of ink on.
- This workshop is for adults (18+) due to the use of sharp tools.
- This workshop is run at Claire’s House Pottery where there will be other clay workshops or pottery painting going on…adding to the creative buzz & atmosphere!

About Issie Freeman & The Everyday Creative;
Issie studied Fine Art at Bath Spa University, spending most of her time in the printing studio. Issie was drawn to printing for the slow, simple, meditative process and the unique prints that it produced. She loves to pass on the experience and skill of printmaking with others.
Issie is passionate about supporting people to (re)engage with their creativity in a supportive and welcoming environment. Issie believes wholeheartedly that you don’t have to be good at art for art to be good for you. In 2019 The Everyday Creative was born, to facilitate a friendly, inspiring and relaxed environment, through creative workshops, to explore the benefits creativity has on our well-being.
Issie is also a BWY trained yoga teacher and BYCA Certified Life & Creativity Coach.
